MARGARITA

Ingredients: 2 oz Tequila, 1 oz Lime juice, 1 oz Cointreau
Preparation: Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it. Shake the other ingredients with ice, then carefully pour into the glass (taking care not to dislodge any salt). Garnish and serve over ice.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice
Standard garnish: Lime slice, Salt on the rim

CARIBBEAN CRUISE

Ingredients: 1/2 oz. Vodka, 1/2 oz. Rum (Light), 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum,
Pineapple Juice, Splash of Grenadine
Preparation: Pour vodka, light rum and coconut rum into a glass with ice.
Fill it with pineapple juice. Add grenadine on top.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice
Garnish: Pineapple Slice and Cherry

HURRICANE

Ingredients: One part Light rum, Lemon juice, Half part Over proofed rum,
Passion fruit syrup, One part Dark rum
Preparation: Shake the rums, passion fruit syrup, and lemon juice with ice,
then pour into the glass and serve over ice.
Served: “On the rocks”; poured over ice
